Vice President of Public Interest and Government
Ian Mullane is originally from Peoria, AZ, and is a Sophomore in Eliot House studying History. His interests lie in the intersection of government, history, and philosophy. Last summer, Ian interned in Washington D.C. at Independent Journal Review, a viral online news website, and taught a week-long seminar on the American Presidential Elections in Shanghai, China. On campus, Ian is involved with the business organ of Harvard National Model United Nations, and serves on the editorial board of the college newspaper, The Harvard Crimson. He’s also worked with the Harvard Alumni Association, where he helped coordinate the annual Harvard class reunions. Ian is fluent in Spanish, and in his spare time, enjoys playing violin, reading literature, and watching indie films.
